All of our merch is made to order by our trusted production team, just for you. This means we don’t keep piles of inventory sitting around — each piece is created after you place your order, ensuring fresh prints and quality you can feel.

Processing Time:

• Most orders ship within 2–7 business days after purchase.

• You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order heads out the door.

Shipping Time:

• U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days after shipping.

• International orders vary by location, but most arrive within 1–4 weeks.

• Please note that customs processing may cause additional delays for some countries.

Where We Ship:

• We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

• At this time, we cannot ship to certain restricted regions due to carrier limitations (e.g., Crimea, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Cuba).

Customs & Duties:

• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes.

• We can’t control these charges and recommend checking your country’s import policies before ordering.

Because your order is custom-made, shipping times may vary based on production schedules and carrier performance — but we’ll always keep you updated.

📜 Return & Refund Policy

All of our merch, books, and physical goods are made to order, which means each item is custom-created just for you! Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns For:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Ordering the wrong size or variant

• Slight color differences due to screen or fabric variations

• Changes of heart once your spicy impulse has passed

✅ We Will Gladly Replace

If your item arrives with any of the following:

• Visible damage from shipping

• Major print or production defects (misplaced graphics, torn seams, severe misprints, etc.)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue (including packaging if relevant)

• A brief description of the problem

We’ll work with our print partners to get you a replacement as quickly as possible. In certain cases (especially lost/stolen packages or high-value orders), we may request that the damaged item be returned or that a police report be filed before issuing a replacement or refund.
